Backyard Junk and the owner are not responsible for risk of accident or injury to the person or product of the vendor. The vendor agrees to be present all three days of event from 8:30 am-5:30 pm.  Booth fees are $50. Application must be filled out and submitted correctly. No dogs. Pick up a tax form at check in. You are responsible for the reporting of your tax information.
